Lifting unit
Used to move the pallet to different height levels of the PTS system. The lifting unit includes a belt conveyor that allows reversing - it takes the pallet from the PTS conveyor and can return it back to the conveyor at a different height level, or it can move the pallet to a different height level and continue in the direction of the pallet movement. The conveyor includes pallet stops with damping, pallet position sensors. The conveyor is mounted on a rodless roller with a guide that is used to lift the pallet. The cabling and pneumatic hoses are securely routed in the energy chain. Optional accessories can be added for increased enclosure safety, optical barriers, safety switches on enclosure doors. The carcass consists of a solid and rigid welded steel frame. The height adjustment can be adjusted by means of adjustable feet.
