Automatic connectors
The automatic connector is another type of connection that requires no further processing. It consists of a sleeve with an external thread and a through hole with a socket for an Allen screw and nut. Assembly involves screwing the sleeve into the profile groove from the front, using a Torx-keyed sleeve for this purpose. Before this operation, the screw should be slightly loosened, which prevents it from falling out of the sleeve completely. Then install the nut into the groove of the second profile and use an Allen key with a ball to tighten the Allen screw, creating a secure connection.
An automatic connector is a component that enables the construction of screens and fences using a groove in the structural profile for mounting screening panels. It allows for the assembly of structures from pre-cut profiles without the need for drills or taps. It creates an aesthetic, highly rigid connection that is invisible from the outside.
