Belt conveyors are suitable for inter-operational transport of piece products, pallets, with the requirement of serial repeatability.

Belt conveyors are suitable for inter-operational transport of piece products and pallets, requiring serial repeatability. The components used are of robust construction and are characterised by a long service life and thus enable repeated use. The system consists of a supporting frame made of aluminium profiles, a conveyor belt, and a guide. The choice of a suitable type and width of the belt is determined by the final product (according to its shape) and also by the design of the pallet and the maximum load.

Design

Conveyor base frame and support stand constructed using the ALUTEC KK aluminum profile system.
Drive and driven pulleys with AT5, AT10, or AT20 tooth profiles (other profiles available upon request).
Aluminum pulley mounts equipped with self-aligning ball bearings and a simple system for adjusting and tensioning the transport belt; available in single-lane, dual-lane, or multi-lane configurations.
Drive unit consisting of a compact assembly: a three-phase asynchronous electric motor coupled with a worm gear reducer.
For heavier loads, a helical-bevel gear reducer is used.
Belts can be supplied with an ESD-compliant surface, including supporting guides made of ESD-conductive plastic.
Supports accumulation of parts during transport.

Conveyor with mounted fixtures
- For operations performed directly on the conveyor.
- The belt features milled-out sections at regular intervals, replaced by threaded metal inserts; fixtures can then be mounted onto these metal inserts through holes in the belt.
- Positioning accuracy is +/- 0.8 mm (dependent on the tooth profile/module). ...tooth and by controlling the conveyor's movement (conveyor limit sensors). Accuracy can be increased if a servomotor is used.

Conveyor with adjustable side/section
For transporting individual items of varying widths – the conveyor width can be adjusted.
